Cancellation Policy and Appointment Requirements

WE HAVE UPDATED OUR CANCELLATION POLICY TO PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. ANY CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL HAVE A 50% CHARGE OF SERVICES CANCELLED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE. NO SHOWS OR LATE CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 4 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL HAVE A 100% CHARGE TO THE CARD ON FILE. WE REALLY DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO CHARGE YOU, SO PLEASE CANCEL BEFORE 24 HOURS IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT, SO WE CAN FILL YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

 

WE WILL ALSO BE ASKING CLIENTS TO WAIT IN THEIR CAR FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT AND TO NOT BRING ANY GUESTS WHO ARE NOT GETTING SERVICES. PLEASE TEXT UPON ARRIVAL AND YOUR STYLIST WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN SHE IS READY. WE WILL BE TAKING YOUR TEMPERATURE AT THE DOOR, AND NOT ALLOWING ANYONE WITH HIGHER THAN 100 TO ENTER. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE  CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. STYLISTS WILL BE WEARING MASKS, AND CLIENTS MUST DO THE SAME. WE WILL BE RUNNING AT 50% OCCUPANCY AND WILL HAVE GUESTS A MIN OF 6 FEET AWAY FROM OTHER GUESTS.
